By creating an account or accessing JLG AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

You must be at least 16 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use JLG AI.

JLG AI provides an AI-powered coaching and advisory platform drawing on the frameworks, content, and methodology of John Lee Group. The service includes:

• •AI text chat with John Lee Group knowledge base
• •AI voice sessions powered by ElevenLabs
• •Conversation history storage and retrieval
• •Access to multiple AI advisors depending on your subscription plan

JLG AI responses are generated by artificial intelligence and are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice (legal, financial, investment, tax, or otherwise). Always consult a qualified professional before making important business or financial decisions.

JLG AI offers the following plans:

• •Free — limited daily messages, access to the John Lee AI advisor only
• •Pro — unlimited messages, all advisors, full knowledge library, conversation history
• •Enterprise — Pro features plus 10 team seats, dedicated support, and custom onboarding

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise JOHNLEEGROUP LIMITED to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

All prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

New Pro and Enterprise subscribers may be eligible for a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your chosen plan will begin and your payment method will be charged.

Free trial eligibility is limited to one per customer. We reserve the right to withdraw or modify trial terms at any time.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you will retain access until then.

We offer refunds at our discretion within 14 days of initial purchase for annual plans. Monthly plan payments are non-refundable. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, email support@johnleegroup.com.

You agree not to use JLG AI to:

• •Violate any applicable law or regulation
• •Harass, abuse, or harm any person
• •Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or replicate the underlying AI models or training data
• •Use automated scripts or bots to access the service beyond normal use
• •Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service without our written consent
• •Upload or transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content
• •Impersonate John Lee, John Lee Group, or any other person or entity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms without notice.

All content, software, branding, and intellectual property within JLG AI is owned by or licensed to JOHNLEEGROUP LIMITED. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the service for your personal or internal business purposes.

You retain ownership of content you submit (your questions and conversation inputs). By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

JLG AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by English law, JOHNLEEGROUP LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from your use of JLG AI.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JOHNLEEGROUP LIMITED, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the service.

JLG AI integrates third-party services including Stripe, Supabase, Clerk, ElevenLabs, and Chatbase. Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the conduct or data practices of these third parties.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of JLG AI at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a prominent in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of JLG AI after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of JLG AI shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
